Stéphanie Roullier holds a Master's degree in European Strategic Issues from the Issues from the Institut privé en Relations internationales et stratégiques and a Master's degree in International Studies from the École supérieure d'études internationales of Université Laval. After her studies, she worked at the Centre FrancoPaix de la Chaire Raoul Dandurand as a research support officer and at the Royal Military College of Saint Jean as a research assistant. These experiences have allowed her to develop her skills in research and analysis and to expand her knowledge in the field of institutional communication.
